Earlier this year we worked at Jacuzzi Winery for the first time. We wanted to share a few pictures from Nicole & Jose’s wedding day, photographed by Matthew May Photography and featuring flowers by Nancy Liu Chin. The mini desserts were from Girl & the Fig Caters, the cupcakes were from Fleur de Lisa Cakes and the hilarious groom’s cake was also by Fleur de Lisa. The groom’s cake was of a llama, symbolizing Peru (where the groom’s family was from) crossing the Brooklyn Bridge, as the bride is from New York originally. What I loved about it was that in addition to cake, the groom’s cake was also made out of rice crispy treats! The inspiration for the dessert buffet wasn’t a harvest theme, but with the olive trees in the the background and the brown and orange tones, it just says fall to me. Congratulations Jose & Nicole!
