On Sunday, I attended the San Francisco Wedding Fair at the Four Seasons. While there, I had the pleasure of meeting Tres Sugar editor Tara Sharp and she asked me about wedding trends for 2012. 

First up, oyster bars during cocktails are a fun trend, especially with the popularity of local oyster purveyors such as Hog Island Oysters.

Another trend that continues to be popular is late-night food for those hard partying guests.  Whether it’s a food truck, sliders or tacos, just be sure to serve it well after dinner (at least two hours after entrees are cleared).
