Your Wedding Planning Experience

  • Meeting Schedule and Type (call, online, in person) to meet your needs where we’ll discuss wedding details, vendors, timeline, etc.
  • Research and assist with the selection of the perfect ceremony & reception locations for you.
  • Work with you to determine the theme or “look and feel” of the wedding, including color scheme and theme, if applicable.
  • Work with you on budget priorities — where to splurge and where to save.
  • Assist with:
    • curated vendor recommendations (florist, cake, caterers, music, etc.) to meet your vision and budget
    • schedule vendor meetings as needed
    • vendor and venue negotiation, review all contracts and provide feedback
    • coordination and securing transportation (for wedding party and guests)
    • finding hotels and room rates at hotels near the venue
    • catering menu selection
    • securing tenting, lighting referrals and other referrals as needed
  • Liaise and advocate with couple’s vendors throughout the planning process.
  • Collaborate and attend meetings with creative partners on the design/look of the wedding.
  • Provide advice and ideas on invitations and save-the-dates, programs, menu cards, escort cards and favors creating overall stationery “portfolio” for the wedding, calligrapher referrals.
  • Help couple with contingency planning (in the event of inclement weather — rain, cold, etc.). Ensuring you and your guests stay comfortable is our top priority.
  • Provide you with access to a proprietary cloud-based wedding planning tool (checklist, timeline, budget management, vendor contacts, design area, and more!)
  • Design floorplan for optimal flow during the wedding.
  • Create a comprehensive event timeline for vendors and an abbreviated version for the wedding party.
  • Confirm timing and events with vendors prior to the wedding.
Day of Wedding Management
  • Conduct wedding rehearsal and organize wedding party on the day-of the wedding.
  • Cue wedding party when it is time to walk down the aisle and cue band/DJ for toasts, special dances and cake cutting during the reception.
  • Oversee set-up at ceremony and reception. Assist wedding party and family with flowers, corsages, boutonnières.
  • Act as primary point of contact on the day of the wedding for all vendors.
  • Arrange placement of the ceremony and reception of all personal items, including items used during the ceremony, programs, toasting flutes, cake knife, table numbers, escort cards, etc.
  • We’ll work with you on a checklist to determine who/what/where/when these items will be given to prior to the wedding and then secure items prior to leaving with either a family member or contact at the reception venue.
